A Sound Strategy For A Major Telecom Company
THE CHALLENGE
A major telecom company partnered with Katz Radio Group to launch a radio campaign designed to increase online engagement across key markets. The telecom company also challenged Katz to drive digital interaction with their website in strategically targeted regions. Katz engaged Claritas to track campaign performance, including measuring the impact on consumer engagement and helping the brand boost online activity.
SOLUTION
It was previously determined that radio advertising would generate significant lift, particularly when paired with the telecom company’s existing strength across media channels. The creatives the telecom company used were :30 brand spots and :60 spots that included incentives, alongside their brand messaging.
The radio campaign not only enhanced brand messaging but also helped the company stand out in a competitively saturated market, resulting in measurable conversions through the campaign. Ultimately, Claritas determined the major telecom company’s campaign achieved a 1.6% lift overall and delivered more than 178,000 incremental conversions, including both leads and sign-ups.
THE CLARITAS EFFECT
